| I think I am one of the better communicators in the legal department.

| I make a point in writing emails to break complicated issues down to the main parts and set out issues, recommended actions and justifications clearly, and I keep email correspondence short.

| I have presented orally this year at those Quarterly Legal Management Committee meetings when the opportunities have arisen, I now attend and contribute at the Equities SIF meeting and I have regular meetings with senior business representatives in all the areas I cover, as well as meeting with senior compliance, operations, tax, credit and risk personnel. I am not aware of concerns as to my ability to communicate.
