| Maintaining strong working relationship with Credit Risk Control, Prime Brokerage Sales, Prime Services Risk and Transition regarding Equity Prime Brokerage clients and Hedge Fund Services. Identifying client concerns and offering practical solutions in paving the way towards a streamline negotiation with Hedge Fund and Prime Brokerage clients. Proactively responded to internal and external client enquiries and stakeholder requests. Promptly escalating client concerns to CRC, PB Sales, Risk and Transition to minimise client relationship risk at an early stage in the negotiation process. Keep senior management informed of negotiation status involving sensitive high profile clients. Smooth negotiation process towards timely launch dates. Proactively worked on high profile PB client that senior PB Sales praised for its timely legal completion which resulted in beating the competition, and ensuring UBS getting the full allocation! Undertook the legal negotiation for a standalone and umbrella template for Hedge Fund (UK) ISDA Schedule and CSA with MAN for its managed accounts by proactively working with Prime Services Risk, Credit and Treasury. The template negotiation is complete. The template is currently being used by EMEA and US legal in their dealings with MAN. The template has efficiently removed any form of protracted negotiation with MAN and has paved way for a smooth execution process that MAN has been striving for. Undertook the UMR legal negotiation for Candriam for their funds incorporated in Luxembourg, Belgium, France and US both existing and new accounts, participating in calls with UBS stakeholders and external counsel.
