The Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) provides recommendations on banking regulations in regards to capital risk, market risk and operational risk. It publishes Basel Accords, which are responsible for need to gather that famous bane of all capital markets lawyers’ lives, the netting opinion.
