/ɪmˈplɪsɪtli/ (adv.)

1. By implication; the quality of a communication intended to convey something besides its literal content: “The king motioned at the chair, but implicitly, he was clear I should remain standing”.

2. So profoundly that it need not be said. “Elaine handed Roger the keys, and I could see she trusted him implicitly.”
