Systemic Solvency Club (“SSC”) is a secretive the global cabal community of bank regulators, executives, and their assorted committees, councils and forums and acolytes who get together periodically at a hotel retreat in the Denver mountains called “The Meadows” to benignly oversee the rules, protocols and conventions of international finance that keep us safe from harm, rapacity and ignorance. ==Who is in Systemic Solvency Club?
