Force majeure: A party will not be liable for non-performance of an obligation caused by an event outside its control, which it could not reasonably have avoided and which rendered the obligation impossible to perform, provided that such a party must discharge the obligation as soon it is reasonably able to do so following the end of that force majeure event.
