Governing Law: This Agreement and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, English law.
Jurisdiction: The courts of England and/or, as the case may for the time being be, Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and decide any suit, action or proceedings (Proceedings), and to settle any disputes or any non-contractual obligation which may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement and, for these purposes, each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and/or, as the case may for the time being be, Wales.
Waiver of objections: Each party irrevocably waives any objection which it might at any time otherwise have to the courts of England and/or, as the case may for the time being be, Wales, being nominated as the forum to hear and decide any Proceedings and to settle any Disputes and agrees not to claim that those courts, howsoever described, are not a convenient or appropriate forum.
