Addendum 1. Scope (Agency Addendum)
This addendum applies where the Agent wishes to enter into an Agency Loan on behalf of more than one Principal. The Agency Annex shall apply to such a Loan subject to the modifications and additional terms and conditions contained in paragraph Addendum 2 to Addendum 7 below.
