A party’s “Template:Nyvcsaprov” means the amount it would pay (a positive Template:Nyvcsaprov) or receive (a negative Exposure) if all Template:Nyvcsaprovs were terminated as at the Template:Nyvcsaprov following a Termination Event where the Template:Nyvcsaprov was the Termination Currency; and the Template:Nyvcsaprov made the relevant valuations on the party’s behalf using mid-market estimates of the amounts that would required under the relevant ISDA Master Agreement.
