Not to be confused with a divorce lawyer, or an unsexy avocat à la cour, who is simply a lawyer from Belgium. Or Luxembourg, come to think of it. Or France. Of course, the two are by no means mutually exclusive — indeed, I dare say they are rather well correlated. But nor are they synonymous.
