8(G) If the Borrower or the Lender for any reason fail to comply with their respective obligations under Clauses 6(F) or 6(G) in respect of redelivery of Equivalent Collateral or repayment of Cash Collateral such failure shall be an Event of Default for the purposes of this Clause 8, and the person failing to comply shall thus be the Defaulting Party.
