“{{csaprov|Credit Support Amount (VM/IA)}}” means with respect to a {{csaprov|Transferor}} on a {{csaprov|Valuation Date}} (I) the {{csaprov|Transferee}}’s {{csaprov|Exposure}} plus (II) all {{csaprov|Independent Amount}}s applicable to the “Transferor”, {{f|if any}}, minus (III) all {{csaprov|Independent Amount}}s applicable to the {{csaprov|Transferee}}, {{f|if any}}, provided however, that the {{csaprov|Credit Support Amount (VM/IA)}} will be {{f|deemed}} to be zero whenever the calculation of {{csaprov|Credit Support Amount (VM/IA)}} yields a number less than zero. <br>
