Equity Derivatives Anatomy™ Go Premium 12.9(b)(vii) If both “Hedging Disruption” and “Loss of Stock Borrow” are specified to be applicable to a Transaction and an event or circumstance that would otherwise constitute or give rise to a Hedging Disruption also constitutes a Loss of Stock Borrow, it will be treated as a Loss of Stock Borrow and will not constitute a Hedging Disruption.
