Section 10.3. Dividend Period. “Dividend Period” means the First Period or the Second
Period, as specified in the related Confirmation, or such other period determined as provided in the
related Confirmation. If no Dividend Period is specified in the related Confirmation, the Dividend Period
will be the Second Period.
