Section 10.6. Extraordinary Dividend. “Extraordinary Dividend” means an amount per Share specified as provided in a Confirmation. If the Extraordinary Dividend is not specified in the Confirmation, the Calculation Agent will determine what is an Extraordinary Dividend.
