Permitted Disclosure: We may disclose confidential information:

• Necessary recipients: to any necessary recipients to enable them to complete the purpose, provided that each such recipient agrees to comply with our obligations under this agreement;
  
• Regulatory disclosure: as and when reasonably required under any law, regulation or market or by any tribunal or regulatory body provided that we may only disclose such confidential information as is reasonably necessary in the circumstances.
