Section 5.2. Equity Amount Receiver. "Equity Amount Receiver" means, in respect of an
Equity Swap Transaction, the party or parties specified as such in the related Confirmation. If a party is
not specified as such in the related Confirmation, then in respect of an Equity Amount Payer, the Equity
Amount Receiver shall be the other party to the Equity Swap Transaction.
