The rarely-talked-about, even-more-rarely-seen English law security interest credit support arrangement for an ISDA Master Agreement— to differentiate it from the English law 1995 CSA which is of course a title transfer document, meaning that there is no need for security interests, or for it to be a deed.

Not really a thing any more — to the extent it was ever really a thing — now we have the “modern CSAs” and in particular the 2018 English law IM CSD.
