Director of legal affairs

We are not quite sure what a “director of legal affairs” is, if it isn’t just the sort of legal eagle who tells other legal eagles what to do. We think she will probably appear on more than her fair share[1] of panel discussions, and will have a strong view of the revolutionary importance of the firm’s technological solution for NDAs.
