{{pe}}It isn’t clear what is so appealing to mediocre middle managers about the verb drive, but there must be something. Is it the allusion to racing cars, or the golf course? In other news, Daniel Pink wrote an interesting book with this title, about what motivates employees. I hope it will not be giving too much away to disclose that it is generally not middle-management buzzword like “driving outcomes”.
