The ISDA crack emissions squad, colloquially known as Carbon Squad™ is a semi-autonomous faction of ISDA’s crack drafting squad™ that went rogue some time in the early 2010s, producing several iterations — each less comprehendible than the last — of the ISDA Emissions Annex.
