Regulated market - FCA Rulebook Term: Difference between revisions

Interesting if you are trying to work out whether a client must give permission for execute transactions outside a {{fcaprov|regulated market}} or {{fcaprov|MTF}}  - see {{tag|COBS}} {{cobsprov|11.2.26}}. It will be limited to markets operating inside the European Union that is authorised under Title III of {{tag|MiFID}}. This means if your product is only admitted to trading on a market outside the {{tag|European Union}}, then you will not need to get permission to handle orders outside a {{fcaprov|regulated market}} or {{fcaprov|MTF}}.
