3.1.2 (Power) It has the power (a) to execute Agreement and any other documentation relating to Agreement to which it is a party, (b) to deliver Agreement and any other documentation relating to Agreement that it is required by Agreement to deliver, and (c) to perform its obligations under Agreement and any obligations it has under any Credit Support Document to which it is a party and has taken all necessary action to authorise that execution, delivery and performance;
