	“'''{{~~csaprov~~\|Credit Support Balance (VM)}}'''” means, with respect to a {{~~csaprov~~\|Transferor}} on a {{~~csaprov~~\|Valuation Date}}, the aggregate of all {{~~csaprov~~\|Eligible Credit Support (VM)}} that has been transferred to or received by the {{~~csaprov~~\|Transferee}} under this {{~~csaprov~~\|Annex}}, together with any {{~~csaprov~~\|Distributions}} and all proceeds of any such {{~~csaprov~~\|Eligible Credit Support (VM)}} or {{~~csaprov~~\|Distributions}}, as reduced pursuant to Paragraph {{~~csaprov~~\|2(b)}}, {{~~csaprov~~\|3(c)(ii)}} or {{~~csaprov~~\|6}} and as adjusted pursuant to Paragraph {{~~csaprov~~\|5(c)(ii)}}.
