Each party makes the representations contained in Sections {{isdaprov|3(a)}}, {{isdaprov|3(b)}}, {{isdaprov|3(c)}}, {{isdaprov|3(d)}}, {{isdaprov|3(e)}} and {{isdaprov|3(f)}} and, if specified in the {{isdaprov|Schedule}} as applying, {{isdaprov|3(g)}} to the other party (which representations will be deemed to be repeated by each party on each date on which a {{isdaprov|Transaction}} is entered into and, in the case of the representations in Section {{isdaprov|3(f)}}, at all times until the termination of this {{isdaprov|Agreement}}). If any “{{Isdaprov|Additional Representation}}” is specified in the {{isdaprov|Schedule}} or any {{isdaprov|Confirmation}} as applying, the party or parties specified for such {{isdaprov|Additional Representation}} will make and, if applicable, be deemed to repeat such {{isdaprov|Additional Representation}} at the time or times specified for such {{isdaprov|Additional Representation}}. <br>
