5(a)(v) Default under Specified Transaction. The party or any of its Credit Support Provider or Specified Entities

(1) defaults under a Specified Transaction and it is then validly accelerated;

(2) defaults, after expiry of any grace period, in making any final payment or delivery, or early termination payment due under a Specified Transaction (or, where there is no grace period, such default continues for at least three Local Business Days) or

(3) repudiates a Specified Transaction;
