 It is not required by any [[applicable law]], or governmental practice in any {{isdaprov|Relevant Jurisdiction}} to deduct or withhold any {{isdaprov|Tax}} from any payment (other than [[interest]] under Section {{gmslaprov|9(h)}}) due by it to the other party.
