Sectfon 3.2. Effective Date. " Effective Date" means, in respect of a Swap Transaction, the date specified as such in the :related Confinnation, which date is the first day of the Tenn of the Swap Transact ion. The Effective Date shall not be subject to adj ustment in accordance with any Business Day Convent ion unless the parties specify in the related Confinnation that the Effective Date will be adj usted in accordance with a speci fied Business Day Convent ion. Sectfon 3.4. Ini tial Excha nge Date. " Irulial Exchange Date" means, in respect of a Swap Transact ion and a party, the date specified as such in the re lated Confinnation or, if a date is not so specified and an Irulial Exchange Amount is specified, the Effective Date, which Irn ilial Exchange Date shall be subject to adjustment in accordance with the Following Business Day Convent ion unless otherwise specified in the related Confirmation. Se.ction 3.5. Inte r im Excha nge Date; Periodic Excha nge Date. "Interim Exchange Date" or "Periodic Exchange Date" means, in respect of a Swap Transaction and a party, each date specified as such in the re lated Confirmation (or detennined pursuant to a method specified for such purpose), which date shall be subject to adjustment in accordance with the Modified Following Business Day Convention unless otherwise specified in the related Confinnation. Sectfon 3.6. Final Excha nge Date; Excha nge Date; Maturi ty Date. "Final Exchange Date", "Exchange Date" or "Maturity Date" means, in respect of a Swap Transact ion and a party, each date specified as such in the related Confirmation or, if a date is not so specified and a Final Exchange Amount or an Exchange Amount is speci fied, the Termination Date, which date shall be subject to adj ustment in accordance with the Modified Following Business Day Convent ion unless otherwise specified in the related Con finnation. Se.ction 3. 7. T rade Date. "Trade Date" means, in respect of a Swap Tramsaction, the date on which the part ies enter into the Swap Transaction.
