Proactively keeping PB Sales and Transition informed of: * problem issues arising with difficult clients, * the status of on going negotiations, * completed negotiations, Keeping senior management informed of negotiation status involving sensitive high profile clients. Supportive in providing general guidance and in particular where terms are disputed, this gives a good collaborative feel. Praise for work well done by external clients example regarding same.
