The purpose of this Confirmation is to set forth the terms and conditions of the above repurchase transaction entered into between us on the Contract Date. This Confirmation supplements and forms part of, and is subject to, the Global Master Repurchase Agreement as entered into between us as of [SPECIFY] as the same may be amended from time to time (the Agreement).
