Every quarter, this fellow journeys in his Citroën 2CV across the border to Luxembourg, where he presents neatly clipped coupons to his issuer’s principal paying agent, collects his interest, meets his Luxembourg lawyer buddy at l’Aéroport d’Hercule Poirot where the two of them take a cheap flight to Malaga and decamp on a two-week coke-fueled bender across the Balearic.
