In your face
What a legal eagle thinks after confecting a winningly pedantic comment, just when all the business guys thought the docs were done. Such a comment — or the wanton last-ditch insertion of some irrelevant boilerplate, like a counterparts clause or something — entitles its author to showboat before the deal-team, like a footballer striker’s post-goal swept-back wing glide or a knee slide or — if you are supple enough — both.
