A committee - also known as the FMLC and once known as the Financial Law Panel, loosely sponsored by the Bank of England that produces good work about that difficult subject. Amwell J once even gave a talk there, many moons ago. It was about gas pipeline receivable securitisations. And to think, you missed it.[1]
