A written notice shall be deemed to have been received:<br>

:{{gtmaprov|18.2.2}}	if sent by first class post, on the 2nd {{gtmaprov|Banking Day}} after the day of posting or, if sent from one country to another, on the 5th {{gtmaprov|Banking Day}} after the day of posting;<br>
:{{gtmaprov|18.2.3}}	if sent by facsimile transmission and a valid transmission report confirming good receipt is generated, on the day of transmission if transmitted before 1800 hours on a {{gtmaprov|Banking Day}} or otherwise on the 1st {{gtmaprov|Banking Day}} after transmission;<br>
