Template:Csa Eligible Currency comp

The OG CSA has a reference only to Template:Vycsaprov and not one to “Eligible Currency”; all the other versions have a concept of {{{{{1}}}|Eligible Currency}} (and {{{{{1}}}|Base Currency}}) and cash is not specifically defined.
