Clause 5.2 undoes a potential banana skin presented by the limitation in Clause 5.1(c), that limits the Delivering Party’s obligation to settling allowances out of its Holding Account. It might have been nice to just not put the banana skin there in the first place, of course, but where would be the fun in that?
