Permitted disclosure: We may disclose Confidential Information:
- To Necessary Persons: to any Necessary Persons to enable them to complete the Purpose, provided that each such person agrees to comply with our obligations under this agreement;
- For legal reasons: as and when reasonably required under any law, regulation or market or by any regulatory body provided that we may only disclose such Confidential Information as is reasonably necessary in the circumstances.
