Automatic Early Termination applies to Party [A] upon the occurrence of the following events only:
- The “Opening of Bankruptcy” (Konkurseröffnung) under Swiss law; and
- The opening of Composition Proceedings (“Nachlassverfahren”) under Swiss law.
