Template:AgmraUnlike it’s kissin’ cousin the 2010 GMSLA and the 2002 ISDA there is no set-off provision in the Global Master Repurchase Agreement, but don’t let that stop your credit department dropping one in. Often times they will do this using the bespoke text the market developed for the 1992 ISDA, which didn’t have a set-off provision. You can find that here: [[Set-off - 1992
