    11(c)(iii) “Valuation Time” means:
“Valuation Time” means, unless otherwise specified in Paragraph 11, the time as of which the Valuation Agent computes its end of day valuations of derivatives transactions in the ordinary course of its business (or such other commercially reasonable convenient time on the relevant day as the Valuation Agent may determine).
 
        [ ] the close of business in the place of location of the Valuation Agent on the
        Valuation Date or date of calculation, as applicable;
        [ ] the close of business on the Local Business Day immediately preceding the
        Valuation Date or date of calculation, as applicable;
 
    provided that the calculations of Value and Exposure will, as far as practicable, be made as of
    approximately the same time on the same date.
