Force majeure: Neither party will be liable for failing to perform an obligation as a result of an external event outside its control that it could not reasonably have avoided and that rendered the obligation impossible or impracticable to perform, provided that it must discharge the obligation as soon as it reasonably can following the end of that force majeure event.
