The parties agree that there shall henceforth be a mature female of good social position (hereinafter, the “Purchaser”) who, having taken reasonable steps to verify the accuracy thereof, is reasonably satisfied that all (or substantially all) that glitters, glisters, sparkles, twinkles, glints, gleams and/or shimmers, is refined gold assaying not less than .995 fineness, cast in one-kilogram bars, bearing a serial number and identifying stamp of a refiner approved and listed by a recognised exchange. And the Purchaser has entered into a valid agreement for the sale and purchase dated on or about the date hereof (the “Sale and Purchase Agreement”), of a set of steps or stairs and their surrounding walls or structure (hereinafter the “Stairway”) to a place regarded in various religions as the abode of one or more Gods and other celestial beings (including, without limitation, angels, saints, martyrs, cherubim and seraphim (excluding for the avoidance of doubt incubi and succubi) and such eternal souls of the righteous and those saved for other incidental reasons as may have from time to time been admitted therein), such place traditionally depicted as being above (or equal to) the sky. For the avoidance of doubt such place shall exclude any hell, underworld, abyss, inferno, limbo, purgatory, penury, any other generally recognised undesirable netherworld and any other transitional state of wretchedness between this world and the next (hereinafter “Heaven”).
