6(e)(iii) Adjustment for Bankruptcy. If an “Automatic Early Termination” happens, the Early Termination Amount may be adjusted to reflect any payments or deliveries made by one party to the other under this Agreement between the actual (i.e., automatic) Early Termination Date and the payment date determined under Section 6(d)(ii).
