- (B) If the “Allocated Margin Flow (IM/IA) Approach” applies:
- (1) “Credit Support Amount (IM)” means, with respect to the Chargor on any Calculation Date (IM) (i) its Margin Amount (IM) minus (ii) its Threshold (IM) subject to a minimum of zero.
- (2) The Chargor’s posting obligation for any Margin Amount (IA) under any Other CSA will be reduced by such Credit Support Amount (IM) (subject also to a minimum of zero).
