The great difference between the 1994 NY CSA (and its regulatory variation margin descendent, the 2016 NY VM CSA) and the English variants.[1] The NY law versions operate by means of a pledge; the English law ones by means of title transfer. Therefore there is no equivalent to this provision in the English law CSAs (though there is in the seldom-used English law CSD).
