Provocatoria Presuntuosa is a character in Otto Büchstein’s operas Der Glücklich Widersprüchlichmensch, and Talentdämmerung. Her repeated appearance in otherwise unconnected dramatic works led to a theory that she is loosely based on Büchstein’s own spouse, Birgit von Sachsen-Rampton.
