| Identifying client concerns and offering practical solutions in paving the way towards a streamline negotiation with Hedge Fund and Prime Brokerage clients.

| Keep PB Sales and Transition informed of:

| * problem issues arising with difficult clients,
| |
| * the status of on going negotiations,
| |
| * completed negotiations,
| |
| Respond efficiently and promptly to client enquiries and CRC requests.
| |
| Promptly escalating client concerns to CRC, PB Sales, Risk and Transition to minimise client relationship risk at an early stage in the negotiation process.
| |
| Keep senior management informed of negotiation status involving sensitive high profile clients.
| |
| Support and assist PB Sales on legal related issues.
