The only substantial difference between the 1994 NY CSA and the 1995 CSA is the reference to Base Currency Equivalent — the Americans, being the curltural imperialists they are[1] — just assume that “Cash” and “the lawful currency for the time being of the United States of America” are the same thing. They do: check the definition. Geopolitically, they are not a million miles wrong about this, either.
