10 Events of Default
10.1(a) - Failure to pay or deliver, effectively.
10.1(b) - Voluntary liquidation
10.1(c) - Involuntary winding up
10.1(d) - Bankruptcy, non-payment of indebtedness
10.1(e) - Repudiation or disaffirmation
10.1(f) - Breach of Reps and Warranties
10.1(g) - Default by Credit Support Provider
10.1(h) - Dissolution
10.1(i) - Analogous event, where counterparty is a partnership
10.1(j) - We consider it necessary to prevent breach of applicable rules or market standards
