The Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) provides recommendations on banking regulations in regards to capital risk, market risk and operational risk. It publishes Basel Accords, which impose the requirement on benighted financial services firms to gather those perfidious banes of all capital markets lawyers’ lives, netting opinions.
